Happy Birthday Babe! Today was Darlyn and Leanne's 24th, if you do not already know, Darlyn and Leanne are twins. The weekend wasn't full of events but we did have a plan to go out to downtown San Diego, Saturday night to celebrate. I spent a majority of Saturday driving around Chula Vista, gathering supplies and presents for Darlyn. Since I live in Los Angeles, Monday through Friday, I didn't have the week to organize.

Thank goodness for Amazon's free same-day shipping, I was able to get both Darlyn and Leanne, birthday sashes to wear that night! Anyways, we gathered at Darlyn's house around 8:30pm to pregame.

We had Patron, Kamikaze shots, Long Islands, and one AMF shot. I also had a flask of Kamikaze to drink on the ride over downtown. It was a bit excessive and I don't think we will be drinking that heavily again LOL... anytime soon. Let's just say some of us did not make it through the whole night.

We met up with my cousins at Henry's Pub, which I think is a great bar. Great tasting drinks in a large glass. But after we went to Crazy Goose which has improved because they had the air flow going. Usually, I hate going to Crazy Goose. Cover, it's hot, the drinks are small, expensive, and in a plastic cup, they have ceiling fans but don't turn it on. But they have nice music. And shout out to my cousins and sister for coming out! We wouldn't have made it back without you guys LOL, literally we wouldn't.

The following day, on Darlyn's actual birthday, it was more of a relaxing/recovery day. I got home around 4am that morning and woke up at 8am for Easter mass, so I was pretty tired. We all were.

Regardless, Darlyn's birthday is a big day so I wanted to make it memorable! We blew the cake, opened her presents, and took pictures. I had to leave for Los Angeles that night so I promised to take her to Taegukgi Korean BBQ when I returned!

She is so pretty! I always get shy when I bring my camera into restaurants because of all the looks from people I fear to get. I'm still getting used to this photography in public stuff.

We haven't been to Taegukgi for a while because of their price increase. The food is great here, we mostly go for beef bulgogi, but the price is just not worth it anymore. We made sure to stuff ourselves to get the most out of our money though.

But we still had room for dessert! We went to Bing Haus for a cookies and cream rolled ice cream! Even though we were full, there was somehow still room for ice cream!

And that concluded her extended birthday! I hope you enjoyed it babe! Many blessings full of happiness, good fortune and health for your birthday and many more to come!

Please check out the gallery from Darlyn's birthday! Until our next adventure...
